Why We Give: The Power of One Drop

At MeAjinkyach, we believe every drop of blood carries a story of hope. For children battling cancer, blood transfusions are often a vital part of their treatment journey — one that depends on the kindness of others. Our mission goes beyond raising awareness; it’s about turning compassion into action.
Why We Do It
Children undergoing cancer treatment frequently need blood and platelet transfusions to recover from chemotherapy and other procedures. However, hospitals often face a shortage of safe and timely blood supply.
To bridge this gap, we organize blood donation drives that connect willing donors with those in urgent need — because no child should have to wait for life-saving care.
What We Did
On 28 of September, we organized a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Deenanath Mangeshkar Blood Bank. Volunteers, supporters, and community members came together to donate blood and spread awareness about its importance for pediatric cancer patients.
Our team ensured a smooth and safe experience for every donor through proper registration, medical checks, and guidance by certified staff. Awareness materials were distributed to help people understand how regular donations can sustain treatment for many young fighters.
How We Made It Happen
The drive was made possible through:
- The dedicated efforts of our volunteers who coordinated logistics and outreach.
- The medical team from Deenanath Mangeshkar Blood Bank, ensuring safety and professionalism.
- The incredible response from individuals who came forward selflessly to donate blood.
Together, we turned a few hours into a lifetime of impact.
What Impact We Created

💉 126 potential lives can be saved through their contributions.
💛 The awareness created encouraged several first-time donors to pledge regular participation in future drives.
Beyond numbers, each donor became a symbol of courage and empathy—reminding us that true change begins with a single act of kindness.
